Recruitment & Process
In carrying out the placement of an Indonesian worker overseas, there must be a written agreement between the Indonesian government or private licensed manpower company and the government of the state or overseas private placement intermediary company or agency using an Indonesian overseas worker of the destination country. To implement private placement, an Indonesian overseas worker must obtain written permission issued to Indonesian private licensed manpower company a recruitment permit called SIPPTKI (practice license for Indonesian overseas workers placement) that issued by BP2MI to P3MI. All workers recruited by ARJ are subject to SIPPTKI obtained from BP2MI.
Recruitment Flow

First Step
Agreement Signing: Between ARJ and Overseas Placement Agency.

Second Step
Job Order Submission: Between ARJ and Overseas Placement Agency under endorsement of Indonesian’s Embassy or Indonesian Consulate General Office in Placement Country.

Third Step
Demand Letter: From Overseas Placement Agency to ARJ to provide worker’s candidate as per demand’s criteria submitted.

Fourth Step
SIPPTKI: Recruitment Permit issued by Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Bureau (BP2MI) based on document point 1,2,3 collected from Placement Country with endorsement from Indonesian Embassy.

Fifth Step
Job Offer: Job offer to candidate, state job position, salary and other details.

Sixth Step
Candidate presentation: Candidate’s biodata presented to employers for evaluation

Seventh Step
Job Matching: by agency/ employer.

Eighth Step
Selection: Further from job matching, sometimes online interview is required depends on employer decision.

Job Confirmation: Job signing.

Proceed to placement processing flow.
Placement Process Flow

First Step
Pre-Medical Check-Up: Candidate must be diagnosed as FIT in order to proceed to next step.

Second Step
Biodata: Presenting candidate’s basic information for employer’s evaluation and job matching.

Third Step
Personal Documents check: All personal documents have to be screened before processing in order to avoid fake or unsynchronized data between one document and the other.

Fourth Step
Full Medical check-up: Full medical check-up to meet placement terms and conditions.

Fifth Step
Job matching / confirmation (ID) : Based on skill and preference, candidate has to make up decision for the job offer then to be recorded on system by Indonesian Ministry of Manpower the candidate is recruited under legal recruitments procedure with a valid recruitment permit issued by BP2MI to Indonesian licensed placement company, that is SIPPTKI.

Sixth Step
Passport submission: Obtained recommendation letter from Indonesia Ministry of Manpower to apply for passport application.

Seventh Step
Working Permit/ Agreement: Working Permit from placement country, issued by its ministry of manpower.

Eighth Step
Working Permit/ Agreement Legalization: Working permit obtained from placement country must be presented to be examined and legalized by Indonesian related government authority.

Ninth Step
Visa: Based on documents obtained above, candidate can proceed to visa application.

Tenth Step
OPP (PAP): Pre-Departure Orientation by Indonesian Local Manpower Ministry

Eleventh Step
Placement: Departed to placement country.
